Breaking News: Griffin Responsible for Banking Meltdown
News has only just come to light that Nick Griffin, leader of the controversial right-wing political party the British National Party (BNP), is also highly likely to have had heavily involvement in last-year’s meltdown of the international banking system.
Photographic evidence has come to our attention suggesting that Griffin (see photo) may have once worked for Midland Bank back in the early 1980s.
Economic commentator Professor Edward Poo-Blanket has confirmed that it is “highly likely” that Griffin may have been instrumental in the creation of the credit products that nearly brought about global financial meltdown. When asked as to why Professor Poo-Blanket believed that Griffin would have been involved in the credit crunch, he went on to explain that it was because Griffin “is a c#nt!”
We have so far been unable to follow up directly with Mr Griffin on this story, who is due to appear on this evening’s Question Time, however the BNP press office has released the following statement: “Mr Griffin would like to categorically deny that he has ever had any involvement in the banking sector. Whereas he may be a racist, fascist and xenophobic bigot, he has never been a banker.”
